The Manager's Journal is a blog written by Michael Turner telling you all about his Football Manager journey. Football Manager 2011 is the 5th game in the series that he has written about, the first being a blog written about CM99/00. Now, almost 10 years on from the first post, and still keen to write, the site will also contain posts about real-life football, just in case you have been focusing on FM too much.

Oh Dear?
Well, as of yesterday, almost 2 hours after the last post, a power surge completely wrecked my computer while playing FM. Unfortunately, I had no UPS, meaning I am having to start my game all over again. It comes as perfect timing, as I have been searching for a new challenge.
Michael Turner is a 16 year old Football Manager player from Sydney, Australia. He recently discovered that his computer had an off button, the EPL is real, and that players don't actually get injured 15 times a year. He also discovered, that upon becoming one, referees are not "ruthless masterminds trying to undermine the game" (his own quote). He is also a writer for several online websites, notably Everton Football Club as a fan blogger, and The Roar, a famous Australian opinion website.
